Polluted

Yes, the world is polluted, to an extent where truths and justice are being thrown out from humans.

OP

The core of a successful team is it's cohesive atmosphere with the stakeholders. If a failure occurs, take responsibility as a whole. If successful, let it be shared to the "team". In any meetings, a better approach is to avoid the "I". Vested interest should not come up in any scenario. A common politics is showing off all that the "other one" only responsible for a mistake. If the "intention" is to resolve something, the team will internally put their efforts and find solution. And at the end, the final resolution will be shared among all (if necessary). The lack of empathy and the greediness of "over power" creates this kind of dirty politics. The curse of office politics is the destruction of "humans" whom the op guy won't consider at all.

Hypes

Remember when nanotechnology was the next big thing? A decade ago investors went wild over this emerging field, which entails playing with matter at the molecular and atomic levels to make, say, faster semiconductors or targeted drug treatments. But nanotech outlived the hype, quietly becoming part of everything from clothing to solar panels. Consumer’s knowledge of nanotechnologies has decreased since a previous study in 2008   So what is the truth? nano never worked? or around us? A lot of the hype can be attributed to the announcement about Facebook rebranding itself as Meta. Since metaverse is the convergence of physical, augmented, and virtual realities in a shared online space, it can be used in any environment where humans want to interact socially and economically But what the hype shrink into a loss of finance to meta company? Is blockchain all hype?
